1. What are tournament points?

You earn tournament points by winning tournaments. Most of the time the person or team that places first and second in a tournament are rewarded with tournament points. If you win a team (for example 5v5) tournament with your team, every player in the line-up will receive tournament points.

For now, tournament points are pretty much useless since we don't have a lot of sponsors yet. In the future you will be able to buy stuff from our sponsors with tournament points.

2. I can't join a tournament, whats wrong?

If you can't join a 1v1 tournament, you probably got an error that you haven't entered your GUID for that game yet. You need to enter that Game Unique IDentifier before you can participate in tournament. You can do so on the 'My profile' page by clicking on the green + sign next to 'Games'.

Only leaders of teams can join team (for example 5v5) tournaments. Normal restrictions apply here: your team needs enough players, the tournament has not already started, etc.

3. My opponent entered the wrong score (or no score at all)

If your opponent entered an incorrect score, you can disapprove the score on the match detail page. Once you disapprove the score, you can enter the correct score yourself. An e-mail will be send to your opponent to ask him to approve the new score.

If your opponent didn't enter a score or refuses to approve the score after a match, you should contact the admin using the contact form. An admin can always enter / approve the match.

4. My opponent does not show up for the match

The no-show time is 20 minutes. If the tournament started at 19:30 and your opponent has not showed up by 19:50, contact an admin using in-game chat or the contact form. The admin will grant you a win for that match.
